Blood Bank Supervisor

Organizes and manages the Blood Bank Section of the Clinical Laboratory, and supervises section personnel. As a working supervisor, performs a variety of routine and complex laboratory tests and procedures. Oversees quality control, CAP/AABB and other regulatory agency requirements, methods/procedures development, and equipment maintenance and calibration.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Medical Technology.
• Master's degree in Medical Technology or related field. Management or Business related course work.
• MT (ASCP)
• Specialty Registry preferred
• 2 years of experience Healthcare/Medical - Blood Bank. Clinical experience in the blood bank.

Salary Information:

• $55,369.60 - $85,820.80 annual salary
• Exempt
